So what did I do to finally get past this? Something as simple as chewing my food properly, and by properly I mean chewing my food right down till there are no solid bits whatsoever and then swallowing. I know you're thinking 'yeah right what's that going to do', but trust me it works because it makes life that much easier for your stomach, the engine room of your body. If your gut is clogged with food that hasn't been chewed properly then bad smells will emanate from the stomach through the pores of the skin where undigested food is rotting due to a weakened stomach. Our stomachs are one of the most abused organs of our bodies (LOL), modern food as well as the quantity of food we eat are placing great stress on our guts, people take it for granted that the stomach can handle them slamming down a burger and fries for breakfast or lunch and then a having their regular meals at dinner time. It can take a long time for the gut to clear that burger and fries and both the gut and body as a whole are none the better for it. Another thing is that low energy levels and stress can affect the power of the stomach adversely, and we all know how hectic are lives are these days, the digestive power of the stomach is weakened when the body is under both physical and emotional stress, so many people are eating in this weakened state leading to all kinds of problems including our own, body odour.
I exhort everyone on here to undertake the following instructions and see if this either improves their condition or cures it completely:
1: Eat moderately, no fancy diets, no lollies, soft drinks, fast foods etc. Fruits, vegetables, bread and lean meat are all that's needed
2. Exercise regularly but not intensely, brisk walking for at least 45 mins every day is fine
3. CHEW your food. This is the KEY, chew your food right down so there are no solid bits whatever, everything that goes in your mouth whether it is a meal or a snack has to be chewed thoroughly, this will make your meal times longer, do not grow impatient or rush, rather savour the taste of each and every mouthful and concentrate on your meal free from distraction and time constraints. You won't feel as full after eating if you chewed your food properly, leave the table or wherever you eat at with an appetite. Only take a sip of water while eating, wait at least half hour to an hour before having a small glass of water after a meal if you must.
I swear that after only one week of doing the above, namely point 3 (as I've already been doing points 1 & 2 for some time before that) I no longer have body odour, its been 3 weeks now and its gone for good. It has been really hot here and I didn't shower for two days as a test for odour which normally would be so strong on me but nothing, nothing but the sweet and pleasant smell of natural sweat, something I haven't smelled on myself since I was I child perhaps and something you smell on anyone who doesn't have our complaint. I haven't used deodorant for nearly 10 years as the smell it created with my body odour was really strong and offensive, i'm glad that I won't ever be needing deodorant again now that I've gotten rid of my body odour, i'm sitting here right now in hot weather and cannot smell anything from my armpits. Usually after a shower I would smell again within minutes, now nothing but the scent of soap lingering on my armpits, I can also smell the natural scent of my skin and I like it!
It may take longer or shorter than the one week I needed to get rid of my body odour, just keep at it and make sure you are chewing properly because this is the key like I said above, if you muck up on one meal you may set yourself back a week, so have self control and patience and if you do muck up get right back with the program.
