Hi, is being long time since my last post. Now I can read many new "faces" in the forum.
In my last post I told you about the properties of a diet restrict in fat and proteins, but hi in vegetables. Well, now it looks like I have isolated those ingredients with the active properties that helped me out, since I still odor free and getting better every day. Here they are.
a)CAMOMILLE: Chamomile tea (the flours). I usually have less than half of a cup after lunch, but it could be any time. I´d say two or three gulps; it could be hot or cold from the fridge.
b) CABBAGE: I boil it until cooked, let it rest until cold; shake it in the blender and strain it. Keep it in the fridge or in the freezer. It decomposes in a very short time. It could be drunk before breakfast but carefully, is very strong. I began having it before, and after two weeks choose the after breakfast. According to my readings, cabbage is supposed to restore digestive system´s damage tissue. After a month I slowed down and have it once or twice a week. I guess also that you may switch positions between these two items.
c) BANANAS: Big bananas, those one called plátano or planteen. They´re friendly to the stomach and help the digestive process. Boil it, smash it and add salt and olive oil. It makes a very healthy, comfortable, and long lasting breakfast (remarkable one of the cheapest one in today´s world).
d) YOGURT: One of the finest foods, friendly to the system and also help to digest and actually creating friendly bacterial flora to the intestine. Drink half of cup any time in the day, except bed time.
e) OATS: Very good as a breakfast it iniciates the stomach and prep for the rest of the day. Preferably do it with milk and cinnamon.
f) CELERY AND PARSLEY: Very diuretic and natural kidneys cleaner. Boil them together until cooked, wait until cold, blend them, strain and keep cold in the fridge. Drink half of cup two or three times a day. Believe me, this I´ve being using for long long time; I was a heavy drinker of alcohol and now heavy drinker of sodas. Never had a single kidneys problem. Although I´m slowing down on sodas. Definitely they´re not so good to our health.
TIPS: No fried, fat or junk food, sodas, or alcohol. Lots of veggies but avoid the ones to hard to digest. I mean those with very strong fiver, like broccoli etc. Better eat them boiled, choosing the softer and tender ones.
PLENTY OF WATER: As you all know, water is the best liquid in helping the digestive system, carrying out the benefit of the food all over the body. It reaches every corner in every cell.
