For bathing and hair- Canus Unscented Goats Milk bar soap. For hair conditioner, lotion, and/or shaving cream- Cetaphil, or generic brand, Equate from Walmart. For antiperspirant- Avon Unscented. For fragrance- Only 100% essential oils. Hair styling products- Have not found any that do not make me react in some way. I have very short hair, so I need nothing. Recommendation for those that have longer hair and want to style- Not sure if these would work well, but just thinking about it mentally- honey? Sometimes I do use Balsam Peru oil (100% essential oil, of course). It is very thick and sticky and I use it occasionally as a kind of pomade. Additionally, I avoid anything with synthetic fragrances (which is basically all store bought hygienic products that I've tried). Diet- Besides avoiding too much seafood and high choline foods (nuts, beans, egg yolks, dairy, etc.) I avoid too much chocolate, sugars, and all types of pasta/macaroni noodles. Odor reduction- minimal 75% max 90% Avoiding fragrances that others wear (colognes, perfumes, strong deodorants, body sprays, etc. ) or have around (air fresheners, Febreeze, etc.) is the greatest difficulty that is often times beyond my control. Odor reduction may decrease to 0% if too much fragrance is inhaled for too long a duration. Benjamin Rimmer

Alexander Rodriguez,
I feel I need to enlighten you out of necessity.
Avoiding synthetic fragrances has not cured me, but significantly reduced my odors. I'd have to say 90% or better. I don't need any products or remedies you recommend. I don't have body odor as long as I avoid synthetic fragrances.
You mentioned that you do not know how my avoidance of synthetic fragrances can assist with a metabolic problem. It's only because you lack knowledge, my friend. And fear not, so do I.
I don't know why this is so, but it is so.
I can present some theories to you, to help you understand toxicology better.
My initial theory is that chemicals within common synthetic fragrances are precursors to the FMO3 enzyme, and therefore serve to bottleneck enzyme activity and subsequently cause body odor.
A secondary theory is that I have a problem with Phase II detoxification and the chemicals affect numerous enzymes and cause body odor, as well as many other symptoms.
No matter what the underlying metabolic problem, I know for a fact that I have some problems detoxifying chemicals within synthetic fragrances, and somehow this causes sever body odor.
It's proved by me not wearing synthetic fragrances and having no body odor. If I wear synthetic fragrances or am around them for an extended time duration, then I will revert back to having severe body odor.
It's a toxicology problem here.
What do you know of the cause of "MEBO." MEBO is an acronym for metabolic body odor, which encompasses any and all conditions which result in body odor. No single solution is sufficient to cure or treat all MEBO conditions.
Anosmix, whatever it is, is not a solution for all, if a solution for any.
