Hi, I'm an italian girl, I'm 20 old. I don't undestand english very well, so I ask help to you. From about 4 years I've many body odors: sweat, urine, fecal, breath. feet .. ALL! Al the beginning I've only sweat odor. I was constipated. Then I changed city and I solved the constipation but other odors appeared! My odor is got worse then streeful periods. I have done many clinical exminations but I don't have anything! Now perhaps I will do tmau test. My parents are the only people that haven't smell my odors.. Never. 1)How is it possible? Do it happen also to you? 2)Is there somebody that present MANY odors at the same time? 3)If I result negative for the tmau test, what can cause my body odors? I have had intestinal Candida but I've solved it. How do you do to live/work/study with this problem? From a year another thing happen to me: my odors feel from outside the home!! For about 15 m. (I don't get out my home almost never) but the people stay near me in the train for exaple. I was able to fill a classroom at the university!! 4)Has anyone happened this thing? How is it possible? I dont have time to read all topics here and I don't understand them very well, so I ask for help to you because I'm desperate, my parents wnat to take me to a psychiatrist

ciao.
1. my parents are the same. If they weren't, probably they would have taken me to doctor themselves. I think there are also other people who don't smell a thing, and who can become friends with me. Usually they just leave me when other people tell them of my b.o.
2. Usually I don't have different odors at the same time.
3. As the doctor who did my tmau-test told me, on the moment nobody knows much about metabolic body odors. By the way, are you absolutely certain that your candida has been wiped away?
4. Yes I have had b.o. varying in type and intensity. I think the worst trigger in my case is candida, and all that cause stress.
I have been to different kind of doctors, without a single answer. On the moment I'm just trying to cure it with probiotics and exercise. Sometimes I've tried enema but am not sure if that helps at all. Whenever I go out, I take a shower. It helps for 3-4 hours. When I start to feel sweaty, that's when I start to notice people holding distance and beginning to act "coldly". But I can't smell it myself straight. After 8 hours of work when I go to shower, 1/3 of times I can notice a mild sulfuric smell. I think it's coming from my underarms but I'm not sure, it's something that you can't smell straight.
Hopefully I will get some done tests about small intestinal, digestion and food absorption after summer. Kind of depressing when no-one wants to help, and yet all the doors remain closed because of this. Oh yeah I should get an appointment to dermatologist too, just for to make sure this is not due to some weird bacteria/microbiology on my skin. I don't believe it is, but then I could be sure.
I hope you stay optimistic in finding the answer! You might try different kinds of diets. Try keeping a food diary. I know it's lot of work but changing diets and keeping a diary might show you what kinds of foods make your odor (or people's reactions to it) worse.
