Hi everyone!
I'm just wondering if any of you have a different personality now in comparison to pre-odour awareness?
I'm normally out going but find that my lack of socialing leaves with little to talk about. I think my pre-occupation with odour limits my interests. I want to work around this rather than allowing it to dominate my life.
I want to kind a solution to all the negativity I feel. I'd love to develop a coping strategy that works. I'd love to hear about everyone's tactics.
Take care and Stay strong!

Yes my personality has definitely changed. Before my odor problem I was more carefree, happier, definitely more open, and could actually concentrate on my studies or whatever I was doing at that moment. Now I'm in constant fear that someone will smell me. I'm so closed in because of this. I feel like I have so much more to give but I'm too scared to try because of this problem. I think about my odor 24/7 and its taken away so much of my life. But now I'm ready to fight it so I can start living again.

I thinks building body muscles can help to improve your personality. Knowing that you have the persistence to accomplish your goals is a confidence booster that will give you a winning personality.

My personality has changed substancially since this started. I used to be more extroverted. Now I spend most of my time alone. I use to love meeting strangers and being blessed by characters when I went out. Now I just want things to go smoothly. I don't want to step on anyones toes either. Whereas before I was very opinionated. I always think the worst. Where before I was positive by default.
So this thing has changed me to the core, and I hate it. I was so carefree and fun loving before. I was the life of the party. I want to get back to that.
