How about a bus ad campaign to raise awareness of TMAU ?
A major problem with TMAU is that society is unaware of it and so not looking for cures etc. To raise awareness through ads it would need to be in a way that targets the general public. Probably the cheapest effective way imho would be a bus ad in a major city for 2 or 3 months (I think that's the shortest time available.)
