MY DIET
HI GUYS, SORRY BUT I WENT OFF LINE FOR SOME TIME, SO I COULDN'T ANSWER BEFORE.
THE FIRST THING I DID WAS TO WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING I ATE IN A DAY, IN ORDER TO FIND OUT THE EXTENT AND THE ACTUAL EFFECT OF THE DIFFERENT ITEMS OVER MY BODY. SO I CLASSIFIED THEM AS: SEVERE (MEAT, RED BEANS, WHOLE MILK, FAT, AS CHICKEN AND PORK SKIN, MARGARINE, BUTTER); MEDIUM (CHEESE, LEAN PORK, PORK CHOPS, EGGS); AND LIGHT: (COOKING OILS, MAYONNAISE, CHICKEN MEAT WITHOUT SKIN; OTHERS: SAUSAGES, COLD CUTS, COLD MEATS, BANGERS, ETC.)
THEN I COULD ELABORATE A FOOD PLAN IN A WAY THAT I INCLUDE MOST THE ITEMS WITH THE LESS DAMAGE POSSIBLE.
FOR DIET I`VE BEING EATING MOSTLY RAW GREEN SALAD AND WHITE RICE, MASHED POTATOES WITH SALT AND OLIVE OIL (I ONLY USE OLIVE OIL), SEASONED BOILED SKINLESS CHICKEN ONCE A WEEK, SOMETIMES AFTER TWO WEEKS, WHITE CHEESE ONCE IN A WHILE, TROPICAL FRUITS AND TUBERS LIKE PINEAPPLES, PAPAYAS, MANGOES ETC, SWEET POTATOES, YUCCA, YAUTIA (DON`T KNOW TRANSLATION TO ENGLISH)). TO THE SALAD I ADD CURLY PARSLEY AND CELERY TO CLEAN THE KIDNEYS.
THE ONES IN THE TOP PARAGRAPH I EAT THEM OCCASIONALLY. FOR EXAMPLE, I HAVE OVER 5 MONTHS WITHOUT RED MEAT. NOW, YOUR BODY TALKS TO YOU, AND YOU MUST LISTEN TO IT. WHEN MY BODY ASKS ME FOR ANY OF THOSE SEVERE DAMAGING FOODS I GIVE IT TO HIM; I JUST DONĀ“T ABUSE; PLUS, NO PROTEIN AT ALL COULD HAVE ITS UNFAVORABLE CONSEQUENCES.
TO THESE, LATELY I HAVE ADDED SOME HOME MADE NONI SHAKES. TO DO IT JUST CHOP THE FRESH RIPE FRUIT IN PIECES, ADD DISTILLED WATER AND SUGAR AS YOU PLEASE, SHAKE IT IN A BLENDER, DRAIN IT AND DRINK IT. IT`S A VERY HEALTHY DRINK.
AS FOR RIBOFLAVIN I TAKE ONE 40 MG PILL EVERY TWO DAYS, AND A 50 MG ZINC ONCE A WEEK FOR A MONTH. THEN I STOP FOR ANOTHER MONTH, AFTER WHICH I REPEAT THE CICLE. REMEMBER THAT EVERY BODY HAS HIS OWN METABOLISM, SO MANAGE IT ACCORDING TO ITS REACTION.
ANOTHER THING THAT I DO IS TO RAISE MY PH WITH SODIUM BICARBONATE (BAKING SODA). SORRY I DON`T MEASURE IT, BUT USUALLY I MIX A QUARTER OF A TABLESPOON, SOMETIMES A LITTLE BIT MORE OR LESS, IN A GLASS OF COLD WATER.
FOR HALITOSIS EVEN WHEN I GOT BETTER IN ABOUT 60%, I`M TRYING SOMETHING KIND OF WEIRD, SO I WON`T TALK ABOUT IT UNTIL I MAKE SURE IT DOES THE JOB. I THINK IT WILL...
FINALLY, I DO NOT CONSUME ANY ELABORATED, INDUSTRIAL OR PROCESSED FOOD. NO CANNED, BAGGED, FAST FOOD, CHIPS ETC., PLENTY OF FRESH HOME COOKED IS THE HEALTHY WAY, AND LOTS OF NATURAL WATER.
