There is some confusion uncertainty on my part regarding apple cider vinegar/white vinegar. Can some folks out there please tell us their experiences, good or bad. Seems I've heard some good and some bad, but not sure which is which regarding ACV or regular white vinegar for TMAU. Also I guess consuming and I've heard some people wash with vinegar -which one for which??? Look forward to some responses!

white vinegar is used in the laundry, also diluted to kill bacteria on the skin. If you have been diagnosed with TMAU I would NOT use white vinegar on your skin, though I do use it in the laundry.
Apple cider vinegar is taken internally. I have not taken ACV internally since being diagnosed.

I've used ACV for both, but lately taking it internally has now made my garbage odor worse-although it still makes my stomach feel a ton better. So, I now just put it in the bath. It made all of my acne go away which is also a plus. Note: I have not been diagnoised with TMAU as of yet. I also would like to add that fruits have been making the odor worse as well.
