Prolonged anaerobic fermentation could cause the enzymes of a cell to become increasingly dysfunctional? Is this true? I read this somewhere on a YA website. I'll provide the link. It said something about PH balance can affect enzymes? Is this true? And does this have any interrelation between TMAU?
