To my understanding, vitamin B2 boosts the production of FMO3 enzyme.
Would an excess amount of FMO3 enzyme be produced and be saved as reserve for future usage if I do not use up all FMO3 enzyme today?
I usually eat 2 meals per day and take a B2 cap after meals (only take two B2 caps per day). Would I benefit more (in terms of lessening the odor) from eating 4 meals per day and take four B2 caps daily?
