i think most of us think our digestion is probably at the centre of our condition be it BO or mouth odour. i know it is mine. something that really helps me when i start to get a bit bunged up is pineapple, i normally eat a whole one at a time, or at least a half of one. i get great relief without any drama. i will eat one at least every fortnight weather i need it or not as it always makes me feel better and my mouth cleaner. the other thing that works although its a taboo food is a bottle of red wine my digestive system always feels healthier the next day i know it shouldn`t but it does. how it affects my odour i dont know as i cant smell myself, its not something i try midweek and not that often once in a while. it works for me it might for you
