One of my fav low choline meals is; 1 chicken thigh ( I take off the skin and only eat the good meat I can carve from it) pasta (I use spag usually)
Add the chopped chicken to the pasta and add a little olive oil and a 1/4 or 1/2 of a lemon/lime (juice).
Its a refreshing dish and really tasty but it does leave you wanting more.
Half a sweet pepper cut in chips and roasted I usually have them with a salad For the dressing I use either lemon and olive oil or sometimes shop brought dressing.
My staple food is boiled rice with boiled veg (courgette, green pepper, green beans etc...) and a little chicken. Just with added salt and sometime some lemon juice.
Chicken and oven chips (look for ones cook in sunflower oil and reduced fat) just with a little salsa or ketchup again for a treat. Maybe only have it once a week 4/5 days.
wraps, cottage cheese, salsa, chicken, lettuce, peppers etc... toasted in oven for about 10 mins. This is a good snack but again depending on how much choline I have had I will adjust the fillings. You can use pitta bread instead of wraps. They are moderate in choline so again not too often.
I eat rice crispies and porridge for breakfast. Porridge just made with water. I use very little whole milk in rice crispies, about the same amount as people put in there tea just so its not too dry.
Again very rarely for a treat ill have ready salted crisps with salsa.
salad with celery and raw carrots.
Turkey sausages are meant to be a good meat option. I am yet to find them but if I could I would have them as a hot dog in a wrap or take the filling out of the sleave and fry it add it to a some cooked pasta or rice with some lemon/lime juice. With some boiled veg.
I don't eat egg whites at all because of the sulphur/sulfur content.
Remember you are trying to limit the amount of choline you eat not get rid of it completely, don't starve yourself. I find eating three good size meals a day and maybe one snack is enough for me. I am not losing a whole lot of weight. When I tried the diet last time I restricted myself far too much and ended up eating the same meals constantly. I much prefer eating a varied diet rotating foods like rice, sweet potatoes and pasta one day at a time helps to keep satisfied.

Missfizi. There is a new section in the yahoo forum under databases for recipes. Wild you post it over there too? It looks really good.

Missfizi,
Can we use any store bought pasta or do we need to check the ingredients and for what ingredients in particular?

Egg white frittata: I know alot of people try to avoid egg whites because of the sulphur content. I have done so in the past but after two weeks of very little protein I was becoming very light headed do I have decided to add a limited amount of egg whites to the diet.
3 egg whites 50g courgette/zucchini 50g green pepper 75g sweet potatoe 30g cottage cheese
Chop and boil the green veg for 5 minutes. Roast the sweet potatoes. Add the egg whites to a suitable size oven proof pan. I think mine has a diameter of 15cm. spread the green veg and sweet potatoes evenly. Spinkle over the cream cheese. Cook for about 12 minutes in the oven on a moderate heat. I used 180 degrees centigrade. Salt to taste.

I too like your regiment of meals I have also stop eating eggs. It's as you stated we have to be mindful of what we put in our bodies!!!! My issue is I go half a day without eating, I will add more vegetables as well as water to my diet. Thank You for sharing your meal regiment very interesting.
