Hi Fizi, I remember you from the old site. Welcome back. Happiness (or at least lack of stress) probably plays a big role in reducing our odour. So keep smiling! ;D

Hi MissFizi, Thanks so much for all the great posts you put up on the old site. Was hoping you would join up here. I f you don't mind me asking, I was wondering have you been able to keep up your sucess keeping your odour condition at bay? I'll keep my fingers crossed that you have.

Yes I have but I would not say I am completely odor free, to do that means I have to eat just white rice, chicken and carrots in very little quanitities and I got sick from malnutrition. So no matter what you have to have somewhat of a balanced diet in a way. When I dont stick to my routine or get over stressed I get that involuntary odor no matter what I do. So right now I just stick to my diet and routine. I go to nursing school now and I work so I have to keep my odor as low as possible.
Right now, I have no problems with my classmates or co workers, and I do go out with friends, even hangout in crowded places and yet no one complains. I am come a very long way from when I had a very bad odor, when I look back, I wish I knew then what I knew now. I still get messages from some members asking me why I stopped posting so I decided to come back online and see if I can be of help.
I have posted my routine a million times on the previous site and I did hope people read it and followed it if possible. I want to live a full normal life just like the next person. I dont want to worry about what I eat, if I would smell and things like that. So I always stay 100% positive and believe it or not that was my very first step to controlling my odor.

It is really great news that you have been able to progress with your professional and social life and not let your condition hold you back. It must be pretty though on you though having to stick with such a rigid diet. I admire you so much for your can-do approach to life, it is really inspiring
