Hello, I'm mr.chamber from the old forum. Have had odor issues coming and going for over 15 years. It's intermittent and I have no idea when it's present, unless trying to conclude from other people's reactions and their stupid indirect comments.
Some things I believe worsening the situation are: alcohol (very bad), constipation, stress, fever. Sugar (also fructose) might be bad too, but I'm not sure.
I have sometimes good days, today was one, when in the shop I noticed no kind of sniff sniff or stay away reactions from other people. So I'm optimistic that someday this will go away for good. Wish you all strength!

Hi Nam, Stress, dehydration, drinking alcohol, eating lamb, drinking coffee, eating chocolates, or anything containing sugar will greatly increase the odour. I can reduce my odour from 10 to 3 just by avoiding these triggers!
Happiness also improves my odour. Arun

Hi Arun,
do you have any hypotheses why avoiding these triggers makes your odour better? Like any, even very speculative, possible causes?
