The benefits of apple cider vinegar
I have struggled with allergies for quite some time. As my allergy have progressed so has my breath problem. I have found a number of ways to try to control my constant over flow of mucus. but here's a great inexpensive remedy that actually works. I tried it last night and it cleared me up faster than benadryl. Put 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 ounces of water. Drink it and it will start clearing you up. I have an article that details it better and even has reviews. It actually has other benefits and you can also read those as well.

RE: The benefits of apple cider vinegar
Hi Jesse,
Some of those Folk Remedies do work. My daughter has been drinking the organic cider vinegar in water to loose weight and her sinuses have been better also!!
I use the nasal irrigator and find instant relief. Like most things my body would probably get use to the vinegar so maybe alternating or using both may help if you find it loosing it's power.
Seems like many of us have allergies or is it the general population? I tried adding a poll but maybe only the first posting can do that?

Jessica,
I agree with Sharon that this is indeed a great idea. It also works wonders as a hair rinse, which is some great adive that Sharon mentioned, as well.
Thanks for the informative posts! You should post more of your recepies and uplifting poems, too
