Hey guys I'm Lipstick I just want to say hi and that I'm sooooo glad I've found this site. No one including the doctors would understand my dilemma. After reading on here, I have come to realise that I have both excessive sweating and some body odour. I have managed the sweating problem with prespirex/ driclor however occasionally I get a oniony/ musty/ horrid smell especially when I'm in the gym. Its so bad that it can fill the whole gym.In most cases I will not even be sweating and i dont know how to control it. I would love to if you guys could give me some tips to reduce the smell.....I want to continue going to the gym but the cruel comments behind make me want to be a recluse

Don't pay attention to the rude comments or just bring an ipod or mp3 player and listen to music.

Sweating the odour out at the gym is a good thing. I think you should take a face flannel with you presoaked in very dilute lemon juice and refrigerated. As you sweat in the gym, wipe yourself down with the cold, wet flannel.
The gym always makes me smell but I believe my odour is reduced a day or two after the gym.
