I've been using an antiperspirant (Driclor) + deodorant w/antiperspirant for many years.
Is it a little too much? The aluminum chemicals in both products are definitely not beneficial to the body but I need to stop the sweat.
The "burning" odor I get sometimes could be my body trying to release the toxic chemicals from overuse of these antiperspirants but I don't have a choice.
It sucks because normal people only need to spray pleasant smelling perfume with no aluminum to smell good.

To reduce bacteria, try wiping your underarms with hand sanitizer several times throughout the day. Also, eat lots of plain white yoghurt, as the active probiotic cultures help maintain the bodies immune system and fight off bacterial infections. Washing your clothes frequently is important too, and adding baking soda to the wash will help sanitize and prevent microbial growth. Finally take lots of showers and not only towel dry, but use a blow dryer (on low heat) to really dry your skin and underarms. Then use an antiperspirant that jiyu contains aluminum chlorohydrate, the most effective active ingredient.
