This is my 9th day of taking antiobiotics and my odors are near 100% gone. I never have gone to the doc for an h pylori screening but I'm certain I have infection in my gut because it's only antibiotics that seem to suppress my odors better than the MSM which I am still taking. I will go for an h pylori exam if this white tongue and bad breath gets cured in the next 10 days.
I am on a strict diet. No meats and carbs only moringa for my daily nutrition. It's a superfood it has everything in it. I bathe in magnesium sulfate everyday so I wont be deficient with this mineral. Yesterday I flushed out my system with epsom salt to clean out the dead parasites that was due to the antibiotics.
On another thread I posted about water spinach. I figured out its really the water spinach that made me smell like dead rat.
My antibiotics include echinace with goldenseal and grapeseed. Turmeric caps too once a day for my ulcer. I'm suspecting the odors are due to bacterial and/or fungal infection. Will update you if things get much better in 10 days.
I do have a question though, when is the best time to take probiotics? 2 hours after antibiotics or after certain weeks of the whole course of antibiotics?
One thing, if you're going to take antibiotics, then take it with antifungals to prevent candida overgrowth. Better yet go for the natural. Doctors really suck.

Hi Jax and Jolie, Well that's interesting you say that Jax because personally I read and was told that its best to take probiotics on an empty stomach like first thing in the morning or like you do Jax before you go to bed as long as you haven't eaten in the last two hours. Onthe other hand if you're taking antibiotics then they should be taken with food. When the gastro prescribed with the antibiotic rifaximin (unfortunately it didn't do me any good) he told me to keep taking the probiotics at the same time. It just goes to show there's so much information out there and differing advice that it can be hard to figure out whats the right thing to do.

Joliepitt - The same questions I asked my doctor in the past...he told me to take probiotics after the course of antibiotics.
I suspect my odor is caused by bacteria in small intestines. I don't stink while I only eat greens, pineapple and bananas. Perhaps they're raw food and I didn't feed the bacteria so that there was no smelly by-product from bacteria. I've purchased 1 week supply of unflavored Vivonex plus. Ingedients include a lot of different kinds of sulphate (suppose to make me smell). If I'm on this diet without any odor, that means it's the bacteria that makes me smell. If I stink while on this diet, it means there's something wrong with my metabolic enzyme which has no cure. I won't start this diet 'til next monday as I'll eat out this weekend. Tintin10 - I'll let you know how it goes as you asked whether anyone tried it on Vivonex thread.

Thanks a million DCBA, I really appreciate that. In that IBS book I was talking about Mark Pimentel was saying that after two weeks on that diet any sibo you have should be cleared up. However I'd say one week would be enough to know whether it's working or not. It probably won't be easy for you so the very best of luck to you and thanks again

Joliepitt,
Wondering how you're doing after your course of antibiotics. Seems most folks when they take antibiotics the odor goes away while they're taking the antibiotics, but I'd be curious to see if your odor stays gone after you discontinue the antibiotics. Please let us know, if you would. Thanks!
