I started a vegan diet about two weeks ago mainly to see what effects it will have on my body. And I've been vegetarian/pescetarian for two years now. What I am hoping is that, aside from losing 20lbs, that this diet will help cure my BO but I'm not sure if its working yet. My niece makes comments that I smell but I think shes just saying that to be a bitch. Anyway, I'll let you all know if it's working.

Hi, I would be very interested to know how you are going to get on with this as I'm very seriously considering going on the same diet in a little while. If you don't mind me asking what are you doing to get enough protein in your diet?

I've been taking vegan multivitamins and eating alot of almonds and tofu. So hopefully that'll be enough.

Thanks for the info I'll keep that in mind. I wonder along with the diet are you going to take any probiotics or antibacterial substances like grapefruit seed extract? I think I would be right in saying that all of us who have these odour conditions have some sort of bacterial imbalance in our guts so they could helo as well. I would be very grateful if you let me know how you get on, keeping my fingers crossed for you.
