HOw ur urine smell. Does i smell very strong when u eat high choline food. I hd avery srong urine smell when i eat high choline food does that mean i surely have tmau

anonymous, It does not mean you have TMAU. What foods are you eating that cause this problem? It is possible to eat more choline than your body can process/use, and so it will pass thru your system. Just like garlic or fish, or any other strong foods.

For me, my urine never gets an odor whenever I eat choline-rich foods. For whatever reason, choline-rich foods don't seem to affect me. I still think I may have TMAU, though.
