For everybody who believes in probiotics or find them helpful, you're probably also aware of prebiotics. Here is a list of some of the main prebiotic food sources:
oat, barley, rye, beans and lentils, banana, asparagus, sweet potato, chicory, artichoke, also breast milk apparently if you happen to have it on tap.
Finally - onion, garlic and leek if you can tolerate it. I suggest fecal people might benefit from chicory in particular without promising miracles.

Breast milk, lol. That gets me wondering, can you buy breast milk from a grocery store?
