The best way is to exercise before going to shower
Jumping jacks or boxer hopping style For 15 TO 20 MIN ..rest and go to quick shower and im using any crystal deodorants just cheap ...
You need to exercise before go out of your house
I do exercise every night and take shower in the morning and i saw that my odor reduce in the first two days It can help to digest food I think the odor stays in calories or sweat that we need to remove Im doing it for 5 days and it has improve and reduce my odor
Exercise everday
I didnt try the probiotics yet I saw that exercise and probiotics is a must!
I have chlorophyll just taking 1 tablet every other day
Im suffering for this odor for about 14 years i have that all kinds of odor
