I did during my junior year of high school. It was awful: I felt tired and drained all the time; angry but so sad and hopeless. I already had a noticeable odor problem back then but it became much worse because I lost interest in taking care of myself. I actually wore some of my clothes down almost to the point that they had holes in them. The rejection from classmates, and even from school officials, was painful and further contributed to my feelings of social isolation. Never once did they ask what was going on. Instead, I was hauled into the Vice Principal's office on a few occasions and was told that Teachers were complaining about my odor issue and demanding he take action about it. Now imagine how that made me feel! It was a terrible year. I eventually went into counseling and took the SSRI antidepressants for a few years, but I got tired of the weight gain, side effects; and worse of all-the terrible withdrawal syndrome I experienced while trying to come off Paxil CR. That took another few years of my life away from me as I struggled to return to normal.

Are you depressed, cooper, or do you feel that you might have mental depression right now? How are you trying to have this addressed?

If so, I would suggest trying to find a good psychotherapist if you have the insurance for it. If not, there might be a public mental health clinic nearby which offers a sliding-fee scale for its services. Be careful with medication though, they do try to gloss over the side effects and try to overemphasize the so-called biological basis of depression and the need to chemically correct it with drugs. You might hear "Diabetes need insulin to maintain their blood-sugar control, and you need Paxil for your mood control."

We all experience different levels of depression whether it is Only Rather unhappy for some time or whether it is so miserable you want to go away.'
I feel sad sometimes, but when I was younger, I felt so sorry for everything that went on I didn't know what to do.
I remember that if I don't get myself through it who will. My buddies are often saying to me that they don't know how I deal with things, but I have excellent support from My partner.
Last week my Auntie expired form Alzheimers, yet another auntie died three days after from Cancer, My uncles Gf miscarried (3rd one for him ) and my kitty had been run over!
Oh yeah, I nearly scalded my nine yr old sister using the kettle Aswel the day of one of those funerals! aaarrrggghhh
Just keep Smiling, take Xanax(http://www.rxcouponcodes.com/pharmacies/1-pharm-com/) and remember that everyone else is sad too.
I have no right to become sadder than anybody else so...
Happy ideas everyone!!
