So I found this site while searching for some bad breath info. I have fecal body odor too and I followed someone's suggestion on this site to take antibiotics and amino acids and it helped A LOT but my breath was still a little bad.
I have a Dentist appointment today. And I have this black spot on my two top front teeth that I examined and doesn't seem to have reached to the root. My parents never took me to a dentist. I'm in my early 20s and when I took myself to a dentist a year ago she told me I had 20 CAVITIES
I have never really known If this was normal or not. All I know is I'm starting to wonder if these cavities are causing the bad breath? They still don't explain the body odor.
What are the chances they will try to pull my teeth out? I have tooth pain just a nagging sensation in one of my top mollars
Someone please let me know what u think and give never some advise.
I have no fillings

Hi Erika,
The good news is, if you have no pain, chances are that the decay has not gone through your enamel yet. You will likely need just fillings. The dentist you visited today should have taken some x-rays of your mouth to see how far those cavities have gotten and should have advise you by now.
The bad news is, you have an unusually high number of cavities, and although i don't think the cavities is a direct cause for your fecal breath, it's a sign that you're not doing something right with your oral hygiene. Again, I haven't had a cavity in over 8 years and I still suffer from fecal breath so I don't think it's the direct cause. But having said that, I think you should figure out what you're doing wrong from the help of your dentist and go from there.

Having cavities is just not a good sign for oral health and I also had it which was causing bad breath. That is why I decided to go to local Torrance dentist. He was really co-operative and helped me with my dental issues.
