Hi guys,
I have been lurking all bb/bo/Tmau sites for a while but this is the first time I'm posting.
I was born with tmau. My dad had Hep C before I was born. I have a few liver problems and I know it's all related.
I have struggled with my diet for 6 years, when I was first diagnosed.
I have tried everything. For a year I ate nothing but plain white rice, potatoes and olive oil. It helped, but the odor was still apparent.
I was on all sorts of supplements for a few years: chlorophyll, body mint, zinc, magnesium, charcoal etc.
For the past 3 months I have been completely raw vegan. I eat cucumbers, peppers, artichokes (these are cooked and marinated in oil), beets, melons, kiwi, blueberries, zucchini, pairs, squash, sweat potato, carrots, celery
Prior to this diet, I couldn't eat strawberries or tomatoes. After a few weeks on this raw diet, it seems everyone fruit and veggie works except for avocado, oranges, bananas and apples.
Every morning I do oil pulling with coconut oil. I also have a few spoonfuls of coconut oil every night. I put olive oil on my vegetables. I drink a ton of water - up to 15 cups a day. I occasionally drink milk thistle tea. I sometimes add lemon to my water and recommend it.
This is it. The diet actually makes me feel good. The problem is that I can't chest at all. I tried to eat a slice of pizza last week and I immediately had weird tastes in my mouth and my breath changed within minutes.
I highly recommend trying this. I also suggest starting out with a 2 day cleanse, use laxatives. Get everything out of your system before you start.
I hope this helps some people.
