Hi all
I have noticed that there is a consensus that whilst the definitive cause 'odors' are largely unexplained to date, there does seem to be acknowledgment that the ecology/environment/state of our intestines is a part in this (no doubt together with the liver and genes) BUT I have also noticed many articles appearing in journals which poses a link between a whole myriad of conditions and predisposition to conditions and those individuals who were delivered via a cesarean section (for the record I was!). Apparently, the lack of exposure to bacterias via the vaginal canal is said to be crucial in populating the new born's gut.......makes sense when 90% of the immune system is contained within the intestines.
Just a thought. Would be good to know numbers to see whether there is any correlation (and yes I completely accept correlation does not constitute causation before anyone takes that point!)
