Hi everyone! Finally I am here to help you officially CURE bad bodor odor as I recently cured my bo problem thank GOD ALMIGHTY! I suffered badly with this problem but I didn't suffer from this problem all my life but I did for the last several months. So to make a really long story short, I tried everything you can think of, baking soda, vinigar, alcohol, EVERYTHING and it didn't work. Then I researched the medical aspects of BO and found out that the LIVER is the most important cleansing organ in your body and if it's stuffed with toxins from eating fast food, junk food, sugars from candy or soda or juice, carbs or anything bad for you it will lose its cleansing power and the remaining toxins in your body will be removed from the odor in your pores! Horrible right? So PLEASE purchase the 7 day Total Body Rapid Cleanse by renew life at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, it's about 27 dollars but you will not regret it! Make sure it's this kind because they have several and this is the only one that will help (not the one for 3 days)The 7 day cleanse will cleanse your liver and it will allow your liver to work properlly and remove the toxins it's supposed to! Now you MUST take the 7 day cleanse for it's entire time no matter what or the problems can return and you don't want that! I didn't see improvement until the 3-4th day and by the 7th day I was totally blessed! YOU MUST drink lots of water with this product to flush the toxins from your body (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) I'm sure you will anyway because I'm sure you want this product to work. My regimin to maintain a healthy body odor free is, take vitamins, I take acidophilis (healthy bacteria that combats bad bacteria, chlorophyl (healthy greens in gel capsules that provide oxygen in your system and bacteria HATE oxygen- I bought them at Mrs. Greens-gel capsules disolve fast and btw I only use capsules for all my vitamins and NOT tablets because tablets dont disolve properly but capsules do) I also take cal mag, (short for calcium magnesium) helps regulate your body temperature so that you don't sweat horribly, MILK THISLE is amazing for proper liver function and helps cleanse your body, vitamin c to support a healthy immune system. I make sure I drink a full glass of water with my vitamins and I also drink peppermint tea and sage tea (one bag of each in a tea cup) tastes pretty good the tea has anti bacterial properties and it also helps disolve the vitamins into your system faster and helps prevent sweating. I take the vitamins twice a day, once in the morning (do not take on empty stomach, take with water 8 oz. or food and I also take my vitamins once at night before bed. Very important, watch your diet, don't eat junk food. I know it's really hard but if I endulge in a donut or a piece of chocolate I make sure it's rarely and I dilute it by drinking a lot of water so that the bacteria doesnt have a party with the consumed sugars. Also Last but one of the most important FACTS are brushing and FLOSSING your teeth every single day! I'm sure you brush every day but I don't think many people understand the importance of flossing! If you do not floss, bacteria will live in between your teeth and cause tooth decay and you are contantly swallowing the bacteria into your body! YOU must floss to remove the foods that are stuck in between your teeth and I know that flossing is not fun but purchase the floss picks that are so easy to use and you do not have to reach hard with them! Buy the Oral B- Easy glide with the Scope flavor, and floss daily! It might hurt your gums at first especially if you dont regularly floss but once your gums are used to flossing then you will save your teeth and your overall health. Remember that your mouth is the foundation to your overall body health as it is an opening to your body. I brush and floss after every meal ESPECIALLY in the morning at at NIGHT! I don't want stinky bacteria to have a party in my mouth while I sleep. And most importantly I want my body to be as bacteria free as possible.
