Coping with anxiety is a requirement in our contemporary fast-paced world. Busy schedules, intensified by traffic jams, money problems, and relational complications keep many people in serious states of stress. Some individuals believe that certain foods can trigger anxiety and suggest nutritional changes as a coping method. Reducing or removing caffeinated drinks intake has been beneficial to some individuals.

my anxiety is so bad I need benzos but my doc wont give me that recommends anti-psychotics but im not taking them

I am a 10 year survivor and I too have chronic anxiety. Prayer always helps me; God gives me peace.

One stress relieving technique I would always do when I was in college was to take a long walk. If I ever was so stressed out at being around people and hearing people talk about me. I would just a long walk off my campus. For some reason, walking relaxed me and made me feel a little bit refreshed. Needless to say I had to long walks almost everyday.
Another stress relieving technique I would do is to write in a journal. I would usually write about how shitty my life is, how people were treating me, and what is my next plan on getting rid of my odor. I think having a journal really saved me from exploding on people and becoming aggressively distressed.
