I know that for me, the odor from having an alcoholic beverage can start in as few as 15 minutes from the time I have my first few swigs. Food seems to take a little longer, maybe 30 minutes to an hour.

to be honest its hard to tell. and thats the problem because i can rarely smell myself although recently its been more frequent that i can.( dont know if the odours getting worse, changing or my sense of smell is getting better) if i could smell myself all the time i could possibly work out whats affecting me. any way when i think im at my worse i sweat, its not normal sweat like when you been excercising it just happens for no reason and sometimes its more of a feeling than actual sweat when i get like this its something that will continue for a week or so but not 24/7. it normally holds off till midday. so i would say for me 4 or 5 hours for body odour but mouth odour almost instantly after ive eaten or drank alcohol(which isnt very often now)
