I've only tried this once, but it was pretty awesome to see how clean (pink!) my tongue had gotten. Feel free to give this a try, its very cheap and easy to do. I think this is a nice routine for anybody here, not just sufferers of halitosis. Oil pulling is a good method for bacterial growth in teeth, its good for our health & hygiene, it keeps our teeth & tongue clean. Keep doing it everyday. Your oral health will improve. My dad has been doing this since 2 years & has undergone changes.
