It happens next month and I couldn't be more terrified! My niece is a bridesmaid and she always rubs her nose alot when she's around me. We've had agruements over it. The person that is officiatiating has made fun of me with my future father in law. I just don't know what to do. And then yesterday I find out one of my bridesmaids is bringing her son who I heard commenting about my smell. I know I'm not going to enjoy the reception, I'll just try to enjoy the service and not look at anyone.

Hi Leelee, I'm really sorry to hear about your predicament. It should be one of the happiest days of your life so to hear what you are going through is heartbreaking. For some people if they really need to be odour free on a particular day it helps if they fast the day before. Unfortunately for some such as myself that can often cause their odour to spike. But maybe if you want to go on a trial run and fast for one day and see how you are the next. If it works maybe you could do it the day before your wedding. Btw I very strongly believe that fasting should only be done very irregularly as if it's done on a long term basis it will probably cause us more harm than good.

Be thinking of you Leelee in the wedding nextmonth. I know how you feel as I dread being around kiddies as they are uninhibited. I even missed my grandson's birthday as I couldn't face the crowd and I was scared. When I do go places I always take my "freshen up" bag of femfresh wipes, sprays and you know it gives me confidence and I think it helps even for 30 mins then I'm off to the loo again. Good luck I have TMAU and avoiding protein helps me control it.
