Kapeng_Barako,
Everything is great here in the UK. I am finishing my hospital pharmacist job in 4 weeks time then going for a 6 week holiday to Egypt. I'm going to Sharm El Sheikh to snorel in the coral reef. Last January, I went to Palawan in the Philippines and the coral reef was amazing there, really beautiful. I created the Filipinos forum so you guys can feel comfortable chatting in your own language. But equally, you can post anywhere on the forum in English if you like. I am hoping you guys might hold some Meetup and tell us all how it went? Is that possible Coach? Perhaps some day I might join you in the Meetup.

No problem, I am pleased you have found some Filipino friends here

Hi Arun, nice to know youre doing great. Yup weve definitely got great beaches here in the Philippines. Palawan is great and we have a lot more that you need to check out. =) Nice to know you're traveling, and going to beach etc. and enjoying your life. Next time when you come back here we could meet with you and organize a meetup.
Just today we have mini-meetup with nery and zusu. i have question though. i am trying to sniff/smell the two i really cant smell anything from them. Those two are college students and just came from a day of school and we met after school and i cant smell a trace? is this possible?

Re: Hiyaaa!. Anyone here from the Philippines?
Kapeng_Barako,
It is unlikely you will be able to smell the other members since our noses (actually our brains) become accustomed to the odour. I have met 30 of our UK members and could only detect some odour in one member out of 30! All these members had major concerns about their odour and many said it would fill a whole room quite quickly. But when we met, none of us could smell anything.
Although this is bad, because you can't easily help each other, it is also good because you can relax in each other's company and not feel self-conscious. If you like, do tell us more about your meetup.

Re: Hiyaaa!. Anyone here from the Philippines?
Not now, but, I grew up there. My underarm sweating started when I was 12, puberty. It was non stop until I was 20. Back then, in the 70s, there was no internet, no support group, no deodorant. It was tough.
Yes, I was the laughing stock in high school. I was a loner. I finished hs, then went to college. Manila was difficult, limited water supply. School was terrible. I attended Feati U for 2 1/2 years. I was able to pass a total of half a years worth of college credits from that, the rest I flunked. I ran away from home. Not a good thing. It brought suffering to my family. When I went back home. I attended an evangelistic religious meeting with a banner that says' Jesus Saves. I prayed to God a lot before, I often ask Him in my prayers to take me to a cold climate country. I reasoned with God, maybe my body will fare better there. Anyway, from this meeting I became a christian.
I eventually went back to school, not in Manila but next province and switched course to Accounting. Not long after that, I passed the US Navy exam in Subic and went to the States for training. That was 30 years ago. I am now married, with 3 grown up boys/men. 2 married 1 single.
What is the point of this long e-mail. Life is precious. Does not matter where we are. I still suffer here because of BO. I still have low self esteem.
I still have other issues. If it's not BO for others, it's something else. OBTW,
as I aged, my sweating became less. Just recently quit using deo and switched to BakSOda and Lime. Seems to work better. Hang in there. I also was able to get my BS Degree in Accounting here in the states - it really is not that much. I do not have a lot (by the way, what ever we have, it is never enough, until we be content..) little is much if God is in it.
best regards, likemypa1
