Ok I recently ordered a cream of the internet and found out that the active ingredient was zinc oxide. surprisingly the cream worked for me and kept me odor free but cost me a fortune. at the moment i am to broke to order zinc oxide (yes its cheap but i'm on benefits) but there plenty of deodorant recipes online. try it people I think this might be a good cure.

What percentage of zinc oxide does the cream have? Sudocrem has about 15% zinc oxide and it's fairly reasonably priced.

I have no idea to be honest I e-mailed them and they said they wouldn't tell me so I can't tell. I'm going to try taking zinc supplements next and try various baking soda deodorants. The problem for me is shelling out all this money on stuff that doesn't always work. I used Sudocrem at night once but woke up with a nasty odor which wouldn't wash away.
P.S.
The cream contains all natural ingredients which might have something to do with the fact why it worked and Sudocrem didn't for me anyway
P.S.S.
The cream is called "trust anti-odorant cream" for anyone whos wondering. give it a go if you want up to you.

I take zinc tablets.
The trouble with a lot of these products is that they are for people with "normal" BO. The kind that comes from sweat and bacteria. For most of us our BO is coming from inside us, I've found that mine is bad from certain foods and at times of hormonal fluctuation.
I found that a crystal deodorant is best for me. I have no idea if it helps with my smell, but it certainly doesn't make it any worse, and normal anti-perspirants were sometimes making my underarms smell strange, like a mouldy kind of smell. It costs about £5 or £6 inc postage, but so far has lasted me a year and has almost half still left. The brand is Salt of the Earth btw, in case anyone wants to try. Other brands are available. I tried a crystal spray one called Pit Rock which was scented but the scented products tend to make my smell worse. I've given up on them.

I sweat excessively so I'm not sure if it'll be effective for me I'm about to try hibiscrub to see if that works.
