This is a new thread....
Yes, I had mine since I was 12 years old.... I am blessed (fortunate- for those non-religious). I was able to grow up (with a lot of bad jokes, mean jokes)... but I was able to get employment, got married and retired with a little pension and a full medical benefit. I was also able to acquire a bachelor's degree... Got a second employment after my first retirement - earning 60+ thousand/yr. ( I am now 56). The only problem, was I had to quit that job. My body body odor intensified... so much that it affected my work environment as well as my health and self confidence. I have been without work now for almost 2 years. I stayed more at home and did not do much. My wife, is working semi full time to supplement my retirement pay.
No deo/anti perspirant worked for me. You name it, natural and commercial ( I do extensive reading for solution to my problem).
Lately thou, I modified my eating habit. I am 99 percent meat ( pork, beef, chicken) free. I replaced my meat poultry consumption with non-GMO TOFU. I eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. I like bread a lot, but, I replaced this with Buckweat noodles. In short, I eat food with high ALKALINE content. I have been doing this for over 3 weeks now... I really noticed a big difference. I feel better, and most importantly, my armpit odor and groin odor is so minimal. For use minimal oil, instead, I eat a lot of fresh avocados. I also eat wild caught fish like sardines and mackerel. I ate a little bit of shrimp (not wild caught). I used to exercised a lot, but stopped for about 1 year now. I recently started slowly.... The good news even when I sweat after a good excercise, I hardly smell (Baking soda has been working for 2 days now). Without the baking soda, my armpit still smells..
I will keep you updated, In the past, I find something that works, but after a while, my body get used to it and loose the effectiveness of the regiment... I also am losing a little bit of weight (added bonus). I think my body is detoxing. The sulfur onion like smell coming out of my armpit is minimal at this time.

Third day without commercial deo/anti-per, instead baking soda, still no excessive odor (odor free) !!!! Any day without armpit/groin excessive odor is a blessing....
Additional info: My bad breath is diminishing.......
I also must add, I avoid processed food. Especially sugary stuff (like cereals, candies, healthy bars, healthy fruit drinks). I eat guavas, apples, oranges, bananas, pomegranates... plenty of avocados...
Continue to moderate excercise indoors (lift weight, stretch, jog in place, jump rope(w/o a rope(simulate). Lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks(added benefit); feels very good.
Reading some more.... I suspect I have the full blown Candida problem...... ) just like the guy from Pert Aussie... as cited by one of the bloggees.... Therefore, I need to be very careful with what I eat..... I never felt this good inside (emotionally, physically and spiritually)....

Update: I added excercise to my daily routine.... I feel great. I also do not miss bread and white rice any more. Although, when I go to the grocery, I see bread, my cravings awakens. But, I am learning and tasting new grains like quinoa, very, very good. Also, I started making my own pesto... Avocado, parsley, cilantro, orange, lime extra virgin olive oil.... Really, really sooo good. I am currently experiencing 80 to 90 percent odor free. Guess what! I only apply baking soda after shower... Although, when I go out, I apply sure solid deo on top of the baking soda rub. My confidence has turned around 180 degrees. I am currently looking for a job. It's kinda sad, from a 63K a year (30 dollars an hour), the job that i quit because of my condition, now I am willing to start with 8 dollars an hour and there is non- available... The positive side, when I find one, I will be very very grateful and thankful for it...
Please do read a lot in the internet about your condition. Dont give up.... It took me 56 years, but, I found what ails me and the life style changes I need to commit to, to get me back on track. For this, I forever thank God.... and people like you who are willing to share what you know.... Thank you all..
Will continue to update.

Update:
I continue to excercise, not hard core, actually indoors only, for now. I watch some excercise videos ( bought from trift shop) and do some of the moves. I also incorporated strenght training. I have a weight/sit up bench, 20, 10, 5, 2 pounds dumb bells and a door hanger system with 3 elastic band sizes for upper and lower body. I lost 8 lbs to date; Starting weight 150, now down to 142 lbs. (Next goal 140, then 135, baby steps)
I feel great. Last couple of days, 30 percent of the smell came back; Still not bad, 70 percent better compared to my worst condition about a month ago. So I went back and recalled the possible triggers. I looked at my food intake first. So far, I could not zero in the cuprit/cause for the 20 percent increase in body odor. I then look at my natural deodorant. I now use tea tree oil and baking soda combination. Immediately after I towel down from taking a shower, I dry my underarms and groin area really good. Then, I apply the tea tree oil using cotton swabs on both underarm and groin area. Then, I use paper napkins and wipe down my armpits and groin area. After which, I apply the baking soda. So this morning, I noticed that after I applied the baking soda powder on top of the dried tea tree oil, I noticed that my arm pit skin was exfoliating (meaning, I noticed some dead skins peeling off). I then got a wet face towel and completely scrubbed the dead skins. Then lightly reapplied the baking soda. I think, dead skins were actually causing the increased bo. Upon removing these culprit, I was again 90 percent odor free all day. I even did some light excercise this afternoon including some light weight work out. I maintained the 85 to 90 percent odor free.
My food intake now, I started adding a little bit of roasted chicken and even a very small portion of beef every now and then. I still load up on vegetables, complex carbs, like soba (buckwheat grain) noodles, quinoa, millet, old fashioned oatmeal. Also eat lots of fruits like apples, bananas, tomatoes, avocados, oranges, grapefruits, berries, pomegranates. NO ADDED SUGAR ( table sugar, mollasses, honey, fructose, sucrose, maltose).
Will post more updates in the future....

Update Hello again and a very pleasant Friday (USA Pacific time) to you (reader). It's official, I now hit my first weight goal - 140 lbs. I started eating healthy, see thread above around late January. High Alkaline foods. Eliminated simple carbs like white rice, white bread and the like - Instead, I ate buckwheat noodles (soba), quinoa, millet - all complex carbs. I (95 percent) eliminated meat (beef/pork). Eat 85 percent less poultry. The protein replacement? Non-GMO Tofu. Also, when I can I consume fresh caught wild salt water small fish like sardines (no canned). In the morning, power oatmeal (minimum water oatmeal, chunks of apple, raisins, raw sunflower seeds, Cinnamon - I really want to all goat milk to this). I avoid gluten foods. I eat lots of steamed veggies and fresh fruits. Almost no table sugar/glucose, sucrose/ maltose See previous posts. My profile: Male 56 yrs old height 5' 3" Starting weight 150-152 lbs current weight 140 lbs Next goal weight 135 lbs waistline 32 inches chest normal 36 body fat - around 25 now Current body odor condition: 90 - 95 percent odor free Current deodorant being used: tea tree oil, then when it gets dry, I apply baking soda Maintenance: 3/4 cup filtered water, 2 teaspoons ACV, 1/4 TO 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1 - 3 times a day, depending how much meat and sugar I eat for the day. Exercises: I walked 2 miles yesterday and lifted weights at home. Today, I went to the gym lifted weights a little bit. Ran/walked outdoors for 3 and 3/4 miles - completed this activity in 45 minutes. I thank God, I feel great today. I am currently almost ready to put my application for my next job. In the meantime - I have so much energy and clear thinking that I garden (fresh vegetables - broccoli, parsley, kale, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, basil.... I am getting rid of the junks in my apartment (2 bedrooms/1bath) and simplifying it. My brother and his family visited us recently, he noticed the improvement in my place. He cannot quite point it. But, he and his wife were more relaxed now in my place. They sat in our couch and cuddled up while I played my guitar and their daughter and I sang some old time gospel songs from the likes of John Wesley - And Can It Be That I Should Gain.... Great fellowship... My wife is beginning to catch on. She is now slowly eating healthy food. She likes to eat lots of meat(except pork) and poultry. We are both experiencing arthritic pains. However, pain is now a 2 to 3 instead of the usual 5 back in Dec/Jan. I am so blessed that I want to create a website blog and journalize my experience with my before and after photos.... and progress in my quest to find cure for my bo... I will continue to update....

Maquin, I have not tried this myself but I am hearing a lot about Milk of Magnesia being used to treat odor. Folks are rubbing it on after their shower. They said it does not leave a white coating on the skin. Might be worth looking into! I was also thinking, if rubbing it on works, why is it working? And would it be helpful to take magnesium as a supplement? Which I do take it for IBS-c purposes. It's the only thing that's ever worked for me for that.

Beth and Sharon, thank you so much for the ecouragements. It sure makes the blogging in this board worth the time to write about my experiences. I used to be a guest/phantom reader but the persistence, encouragement and your call not to give up, my fellow sufferers, encouraged me many times during my very low points of my quest to find cure..... As you can read from my complete blog, I have been suffering for almost 40 years. But, I believe, what helped me most is my Christian faith..... It can be different for your case...... but, like you, I want to keep looking for cure or relief even if not 100% cure. I will take 50 to 70 percent improvement any day.....
Beth, I have been reading about Milk of Magnesia from this board as well as the Earthclinic website. Many have testified positively that It helped them out. I definitely will add it to my regimen. As you have read from many sufferers, the bacteria, causing the odor, fights back and can get used to whatever works and find ways to resist the cures and comes back like a roaring lion and unleash its ugly smell.... Therefore, the key is to find not only one cure but the possibility of many and rotating using/applying them. This will keep the bacteria from zeroing in on a one dimensional defensive move....
Once again thank you for your encouragements.......

English is not my first language so please excuse my mistakes but I also wanted to say that when I have changed my diet my body odor almost 100% was gone and also my hair stopped falling - I went vegan for a few months. Started as raw vegan - drinking green juices and only eating fruits and veg. In a week or so I have introduced high carb vegan aproach and also cooked carbs - I was eating plenty of bananas (sometimes 20 per day) and salads and also boiled or baked potatos or rice in the evening. But stupidly I stopped this way of eating worring that it may do something bad to my overall health and I was back to my usual low carb high fat way of eating ( that`s how I was eating for most of my adult life) and my body odor is now back. So I`m a living proof that diet has got a massive impact on our body smell. I`m going back to full time job now and I know the only way is got back on vegan path I just hope it will work again ... There is also another factor which is super important I think when I went vegan I was out of job - mostly stres free - and I think this contributed massively to my success but I already feel strees even when I`m thinking about my future job that I`ll start in a week... I`m dead worried..
I have tried almost everything on a market to stop my sweating and odor - natural and chemical and what I found out is if something stops me sweating it usually causes me to smell more even natural stuff...
